How do I know what to reorder in Zoho Inventory?

Export your items, invoices and purchase orders from Zoho Inventory, upload them, and ReorderOwl tells you what to reorder and how much, with a reorder workbook for every item. What does ReorderOwl do for Zoho Inventory users?
ReorderOwl turns your Zoho Inventory sales and stock into a reorder plan. It forecasts each item from your invoice history, compares that with stock on hand and what is already on order, and lists what to order, how much, and from which vendor. The assistant shows the most urgent items in the chat, and the workbook covers every item and shows how each number was worked out.
Which Zoho Inventory files do I need to export?

How do I export each file from Zoho Inventory?
- Open the list (Items, Sales > Invoices or Purchases > Purchase Orders), click the list's menu (three dots) at the top right, and choose Export. For items, export all items.
- Invoices: export the invoices from the same day 3 years ago (at least 12 months back) to today, with their line items.
- Purchase orders: export your purchase orders; ReorderOwl counts the ones not yet received in full. Skip it if you have none.
- Warehouse report (several warehouses only): go to Reports > Inventory > Warehouse Report, choose all warehouses and export. Skip it with a single warehouse.
- Choose CSV or XLSX, export, and keep the files as Zoho names them; don't edit or rename the columns.
Every item needs a SKU and a purchase rate in Zoho Inventory: items without a SKU are left out.
How do I set it up in ChatGPT?
Create your free ReorderOwl account first and pick Zoho Inventory as your system. Your setup page shows the steps for ChatGPT, with your own connection link. Claude setup is coming shortly.
- In ChatGPT: add ReorderOwl as the setup page shows, attach the files in a chat with ReorderOwl, and ask something like "What should we reorder this week?"
- Download the reorder workbook and review the most urgent items in the chat.
It always works on your own data; there is no sample mode for Zoho Inventory.
How do purchase orders work with Zoho Inventory?
When you tell the assistant to create a purchase order, ReorderOwl builds it: one order per vendor, with the items, quantities and costs. It appears in the chat and on the purchase order sheet of your workbook, for you to enter in Zoho Inventory or send to your vendor.
Coming soon: connect Zoho from your ReorderOwl account so the purchase orders you ask for are created in Zoho Inventory for you.
What happens to my Zoho Inventory data?
ReorderOwl keeps a copy of your uploads for your company, holding only the columns it uses; customer names and addresses are not kept. Built workbooks are deleted after 7 days, and each company sees only its own uploads.
Delete account on your account page removes your uploads and workbooks.

Yes, it is free to start. You create an account, export your files, and use it in ChatGPT without any call with us.
Can ReorderOwl create purchase orders in Zoho Inventory?
Not yet. Today it builds the purchase order for you to enter in Zoho Inventory. Creating it in Zoho for you, once you connect Zoho from your account, is coming soon.
Does it work with the Zoho Inventory free plan?
Yes. The exports are available on every plan.
How much sales history should I export?
Export the last 36 months of invoices, and at least 12. More history lets the forecast see seasonality and slow sellers.
